Responsibilities

As an Xperience Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in growing the Xperience Competition community and supporting xFoundry events. Your responsibilities fall into two main areas:

Recruitment

  • Visit scheduled classes to give a short (5-minute) presentation about Xperience and Xperiment.
  • Table at campus events like career fairs, mixers, First Look Fair, and Maryland Day to engage potential participants.
  • Help distribute promotional materials and answer questions from interested students.

Campus event support

  • Represent xFoundry at key gatherings, helping create engaging and informative experiences.
  • Assist with event logistics, setup, and teardown as needed.
  • Support xFoundry-sponsored events by running t-shirt giveaways and engaging with attendees.

Ambassador tracks: Mapping across TEAMS

You’ll help recruit students, engage your network, and support campus events—all while representing xFoundry across TEAMS (Technology, Entrepreneurship, Arts, Athletics, Marketing, and Science).

Ambassadors often align with one or more of these tracks based on their background and interests, helping them connect with the right students and maximize their impact.
